Valentine Hair Studios, with locations in Beverly Hills, Carmel and Redondo Beach, offer a private sanctuary to clients who receive complete one-on-one attention from precision stylist Hal Valentine.

Clients are welcomed into beautifully lit, sophisticated salons where Mr. Valentine personalizes contemporary haircuts to each individual.

“My favorite thing to do is to look at the shape of a person’s face and analyze their hair so I know how to approach it,” he says. “It’s a very mathematical process.”

Mr. Valentine also provides more detailed consultation services to help clients think through a change—like adding bangs—in order to prevent decisions that may not suit them. His techniques and focus result in blended, connected cuts.

“Not only will they enjoy their haircut and be able to work with it, but they will find that the cut will last a long time and will not lose its shape,” he says.
